		<description>mmmm...I've only ever had the packet sauce which I love.  This is seriously one of my favorite dishes.  My husband introduced me to this dish along with the brown curry that is very popular in Japan.  Thanks for a real recipe to work from.  I know those packet sauces just can't really be good for you (fortunately I can't typically read the ingredients!)</description>
