Elle, this might be tasty with a poached egg, some ranchero sauce and fresh tortilla's. Huevo's Rancheros Con Carnitas Chino!

White On Rice Couple, I know what you mean. This one actually worked out well because there was so much skin for the amount of meat. I think I might try this with a slab of pork belly next time which also has a ton of skin for the amount of meat.</description>
