Great pictures! The flambe is sooo hard to capture– I tried it once in my awfully lit kitchen. It didn’t help matters any that the alcohol I used was inexplicably weak. I love the idea of flambeeing pineapple! Gotta try it someday

I love flamble (seriously booze and fire how could you not love that?)and the rhubarb sounds great. I was just at my grandma’s house and her rhubarb was looking amazing so I am thinking I need a trip out there to snip some.
